• Your service offerings and availability schedule

When your customers book appointments through your booking page, we collect:

• Customer name, phone number, and email address (if provided)
• Appointment details (service, date, time)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the TrimBook booking service
• Send SMS and email confirmations and reminders to you and your customers
• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Improve our service based on usage patterns

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your customers' information to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate TrimBook:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS notifications
• Resend — email notifications

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. We use Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade security including Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure shop owners can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your booking data

TrimBook uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
