1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TrimBook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TrimBook provides an online booking platform for independent barbershops and salons. The service allows business owners to create a booking page where their customers can schedule appointments online.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• TrimBook offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, the service costs $39 per month, billed monthly.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TrimBook for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Resell or sublicense access to TrimBook

6. Customer Data

You own the customer data collected through your booking page (names, phone numbers, appointment history). TrimBook processes this data on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TrimBook. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrimBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost bookings or revenue.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of TrimBook after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
